  • Moderate: track your intake in real time to make sure you stay within your self-defined boundaries. Set daily, weekly, or monthly targets, and use our system to get to a root cause analysis of when and how you fail to meet your goals.

  • Abstain: minute-by-minute, hour-by-hour, and day-to-day, we will provide the tools and support you need. Our abstinence focused tools and games are designed to take you out of the crisis, and our recovery tools help you re-focus and maintain motivation when you slip (or slide).
